Impact on the business


Having completed the DiTEM programme, Hind feels she has a lot of knowledge in using SMAC (social, mobile, analytics and cloud) in her business.

Areas where Hind feels she has extensive knowledge include using mobile technology, understanding how digital transformation can benefit her business, supporting remote workers, and digital marketing. She particularly highlighted the information on using social media to help generate leads for her business, as well as the importance of cyber security.

Hind noted that she will now be able to make changes according to the plan set out through the DiTEM programme, and will attend workshops to help further develop her business.


The training modules


Hind emphasised the ability to access the training website, and other materials, in the future as a strength of the course.
