Case Study: Ulf Egebjerg, Scandimatic, Denmark

Updated: Jul 9, 2019

Scandimatic was founded in 2009 as a sole proprietorship, primarily working with the programming of KUKA robots on a freelance basis.

Training of operators, technicians and engineers in operating, programming and system setup were also initial tasks. Continuous work areas extended, as well as of employees and partners. Robots from UNIVERSAL ROBOTS were added, and at the beginning of 2017, the company converted to a private limited Company.

Ulf said that his main take away from participating in the DiTEM pilot workshop was to learn about Industry 4.0 and to share knowledge with company owners in micro enterprises like his own.

Also he became aware of using Google Analytics to work strategically with attracting customers to his website.
